With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
Adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Camp Hill Fitness has a full line of commercial weight equipment to work your entire body with a combination of free weights, dumbbells and selectorized equipment.
We use a holistic approach to weight loss with a combination of diet and exercise guiding you with nutritional counseling and a personalized exercise plan.
Body Transformation is not just about how much you weigh and losing weight. At Camp Hill fitness, we use a multi faceted approach to transform your body into the body you want . With a combination of resistance training, aerobic exercise and diet modification, we can help you get the body you want. Pictured above is a client’s 12 month body transformation.
Camp Hill Fitness is owned and operated by Mike Bingham. Mike has 40 years of experience in powerlifting and specializes in the bench press. Mike has set national and world records in the bench press. Mike has the expertise to help you build a bigger bench.
Camp Hill Fitness offers powerlifting training and coaching. Expert instruction in all three lifts (squat, bench and deadlift), programming and meet prep is available. Training and instruction is offered for equipped and raw lifters.
